Can Anyone Join?
Yes. New to training, coming back after a break, or a seasoned athlete looking for a better setup. If you're serious about getting better, you belong here. We meet you where you are.
What kind of exercises can I expect during a workout?
Functional strength, conditioning, and mobility work that translates to real life. Everything is scaled to your level. If you're in the FRS program, expect focused movement work built around joint health and range of motion.
Can I still be part of a community without group classes?
Yes. Community here isn't a class format, it's a gym culture. You'll see the same faces, train alongside people who push each other, and have coaches who actually know you. It feels like home fast.

Can I come in on my own schedule?
Yes. Our open training format means you train when it works for you. Coaches are on the floor during all staffed hours to guide and support you.
