TIER 1 – Open Gym + General Programming
This is not your typical “group class.” For the independent athlete who wants a plan—and the space to execute it. 3 strength workouts/week. 2 conditioning workouts/week. Open gym & app access.
TIER 2 – Everything in Tier 1 + Specialty Classes + Coaching Priority
For the athlete who wants focused coaching, skill development, and support. 3 strength workouts/wk. 2 conditioning workouts/wk. Coaching priority during open gym. Free access to specialty classes.
TIER 3 – Custom Program + Monthly Coaching
For the serious goal-chaser who needs a personalized plan. 1-on-1 consult to map your training to your schedule + goals. Fully customized programming in-app. Monthly check-ins + full access to Tiers 1 & 2.
